How It Works

How Does this work?

  1. Click on the “REGISTER HERE” button above and fill in the form.
  2. By registering you are creating a “LearnOn account”, your email address is your username to login.
  3. You will be assigned to a tutor within 48 hours.
  4. Once you are assigned a tutor, you will receive an email with instructions.
  5. Instructions will include a Group Chat link, click on that to join your group chat with your tutor and LearnOn admin.  This will be your ‘online classroom’.
  6. For Online tutoring, the tutor will communicate with you in this chat, arrange schedules, and post the zoom link.
  7. The tutor will use this chat to post information, the student can post textbook info, class info, notes, questions etc.
  8. We use Zoom/Google Meet for online tutoring sessions, the screen during the tutoring session is recorded.  The video of the tutoring session, which is the screen/whiteboard with explanations and material is then posted on the chat, so you can re-watch it.
  9. For In Person tutoring, the tutor will communicate with you in this chat, and arrange a meet up.  The chat will also be used to exchanging resources, class material etc.
  10. Please keep all communications to your assigned group chat.
  11. The tutor will log their time after every session, and an invoice will be posted to your account.  You can login to your account at any time to pay for the session.
  12. There are NO contract or long term commitments.  You can start and stop whenever you want, and have tutoring as frequently as you want.
  13. You can login to your account at any time to manage your profile, buy packages and pay your invoices.
  14. Packages are good for 1 year from purchase and can be used on any subject at any time. There are no refunds on packages.
  15. You can purchase packages by logging into your LearnOn account.

We are very FLEXIBLE, you can start / stop tutoring whenever you want. NO CONTRACT.
