When can I get tutored, what are your hours?
We work virtually 365 days a year. We help you when you need help. Our hours are very flexible. Tutoring is 1 on 1, and the tutor comes to your home.
How does it work?
The tutor goes to your home, it is 1 on 1, we help you with homework, review what you learned in class, review tests to see where you went wrong, and help you study. You should have your school notes, textbooks and any important material.
What do you help with?
We tutor ALL grades and ALL subjects. As well as help with projects, resumes, assignments and test preparations.
Do you provide test preparation for the SAT, ACT, GMAT etc?
Yes, we help students prepare for a variety of standardized tests.
Do you tutor learning disabled or special needs children?
Yes, many of our tutors are Special Needs experienced and/or certified and will be able to help along with the child’s individual learning plan.
How do I pay for your services?
You will receive an invoice via email at the end of every month, it adds up all your hours and sessions and you can follow payment instructions. We accept cheques as well as credit card. You DO NOT pay the tutor!
If you want a discounted rate you can pre-purchase a package of hours. Packages can be bought logging into your LearnOn account after you register.

What if I do not like the tutor I get?
This rarely happens, however sometimes the “Teacher Student Chemistry” isn’t there, so you are welcome to change tutors until you find the one you like. Please let us know as soon as possible. We advice that you let us know within 24 hours of the session if there were any problems.
Do you have a money back guarantee?
No unfortunately this is not feasible for us to do. Our services are very economical, and we do the best we can to keep or prices down. You are welcome to try out a session and continue if you like it. If you don’t like it pay for your one session and call it quits, or request a tutor change. We are convinced once you try one session you will keep coming back!
Why is 1 on 1 tutoring better than what other educational services offer?
We help students with their current homework. We help them with the difficulties they are having in class right now. We help them prepare for upcoming tests, projects and assignments. We work with them to get their grades up and grasp the material they are covering currently. Other centers offer their own curriculum, their own workbooks and do not help them directly with their school work.
